Cancellation Policy:

No Charge for room cancellations with at least 48 hours notice. No shows or less than the above notice will result in a charge equal to the first nights room charge. Except Friday and Saturday nights stay which require a 72 hour cancellation notice. 

Check in:

Between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. We cannot accomodate early check-ins. Arrangements may be made for late arrivals, with advance notice only please. But no later than 10:00pm.

Check Out:

Check out is 11:00 AM. You may retain the room until 1 pm, for an additional $25 charge, if it does not conflict with other reservations. Please make late departure requests as soon as possible. Departure after 1:00 pm is considered another day's stay.

Children traveling with Families:

Well behaved children over 9 years of age are welcomed; subject to availability. Charges: $10/child/night under 12 years old for over two people in a room that accommodates over 2 persons.  Additional charges will be added for any accidents or damages. Prior notice is required. No children under 18 years may stay in room overnight without an adult.

We offer Dog Friendly Lodging:

Advance notice is required.
A pet charge is $15.00 per pet per stay. Additional charges will be added for any accidents or damages. Not all rooms can accommodate pets, please inquire.
Dogs must be leashed or carried at all times when they are out of the room. They may stay in the room alone if a crate is used; and they are not overly noisy.
Current immunization records may be requested. If these guidelines are cannot be met, we will assist you in looking for other lodging for your dog.   

It will be necessary to charge an additional cleaning fee of $150.00 if we find that a pet has been in the room without authorization.

No Smoking in any of our buildings:

We prefer to keep our Inn smoke free. When smoking outside, please use the ashtrays provided. It will be necessary to charge an additional cleaning fee of $150.00 to those who smoke in any of the buildings.

No Candles or Insence

Absolutly no open flame allowed in any of the rooms or common areas, this includes candles and insence.

Other Inn Policies:

No check-ins on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day or New Years Day.
